[12/25, 10:09 AM] PaJR PHR Moderator: Very interesting evolution of the chest X-ray findings!
Should we give one more chance of it's being benign and taking a sneak peek with the bronchoscopy here?
Any luck with the LS spine to pickup osteolytic lesions to explain his bony pains?@doc2
[12/25, 12:48 PM] PaJR PHR Moderator: Share the lateral view
[12/25, 12:49 PM] PaJR PHR Moderator: L5 and T10 looks suspicious but nothing definite
[12/26, 10:19 AM] PaJR PHR Moderator: @doc1 @doc2 let's discharge him and send him to Gandhi hospital where @doc3 may be able to help as his HRCT and bronchoscopy biopsy may need redoing before one can pronounce him as a lung malignancy with mets as otherwise at this stage of the diagnostic uncertainty it could even turn out to be an infectious lesion
[12/26, 10:30 AM] doc1: Okay sir
[12/26, 10:48 AM] doc3: Good morning sir, I hope everyone is doing well! Can someone share the above patient’s blog?
